Thanks!

What a great opportunity to gather with fellow Avs fans at a good price and celebrate our Avs playoff games! The exhorbitant prices of tickets at playoff games put in person game attendance out of reach of a lot of people so having something like this available is extremely attractive and thoughtful of the fans who support our team. We apprecate it very much! A few thoughts / potential room for improvement. These are offered with the understanding that operational costs of hosting something like this have to be considered particularly given that the profits will be less than they would if tickets are purchased for home games. - The sound sometimes was a bit difficult to hear even in the lower bowl. - There could have been a few more vendors open as the ones opened seemed a bit overwhelmed for the amount of people who were in attendance. - The giveaways seemed far more concentrated to the middle lower bowl sections - which of course were the first to sell out, leaving the ends visited maybe only once in the evening. Additional thanks: The stores were open, well staffed and stocked The food vendors that were open all seemed welcoming and helpful - something to be said given the long lines they were dealing with at times. The security and host staff were all friendly, welcoming and very pleasant of spirit - just as they always seem to be at every event we've ever attended at this arena, and that is ALWAYS so appreciated!

Nowhere in the buying process did it state they were Standing Room Only and not seats. The camera views were not helpful during the buying process as it didn’t show the handicap row would completely block your view of the ice even standing. We didn’t see SRO until we accepted our tickets and at that point it was too late. I wish I could chalk it up to I went to fast and missed it but I spent time trying to figure out the cost difference between sections and I really wish I would have spent less for one row up to have seats. Lasted 10 minutes and went home to watch from our couch
